Kyle Walsh is an Environmental Health Supervisor overseeing the Food & Institutions program at the Chester County Health Department for the last 5 years. Prior to that, he served as an EH Supervisor with the Mohave County Department of Public Health in Arizona. He specializes in food safety, HACCP, Integrated Pest Management (IPM), recreational water sanitation, ethnic & cultural food safety, public health education, and outbreak investigations.
Elected during the annual business meeting as outlined in the voting section.
Serves a one (1) year term as President Elect followed by a one (1) year term as President.
Assists the President with their duties and serves as President in their absence during meetings
Nic Krebs is an Environmental Health Supervisor overseeing the Sewage & Water program at the Chester County Health Department
Serves a one (1) year term as Past President.
Works with the President and President Elect to draft the President’s report to be provided at the annual Business Meeting.
Serves in an advisory capacity to the President and President Elect
Matt Skiljo is currently the Director of Environmental Health at the Chester County Health Department (CCHD) and has been with CCHD for 10 years. Previously, he worked at the Virginia Department of Health in environmental epidemiology and water quality for 9 years. Matt earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biological Sciences from Youngstown State University and a Master of Public Health degree in epidemiology and biostatistics from Pennsylvania State University.
Serves a two (2) year term as Secretary.
Records and maintains accurate accounting of all proceedings of the Board.
Maintains a current accounting of membership.
Provides an annual report to the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania to maintain incorporation in accordance with Pennsylvania Law.
Ryan Oxenford is an Environmental Health Supervisor overseeing the Sewage & Water Program with the Chester County Health Department.
Serves a two (2) year term as Treasurer.
Maintains an accurate accounting of the Association’s finances and provides a report to the Board at each meeting.
Oversees the Association’s funds and deposits all funds into an account or accounts selected by the Board.
Obtains itemized receipts for any dispensation of funds, digital copies of which are maintained in a location accessible to the Board at all times.
Is authorized, along with the President or President Elect, to sign checks dispensing the Association’s funds.
If necessary and approved by the Board, maintains a purchasing card to allow for dispensing of funds.
Recommends to the Board for approval a fee schedule to maintain the Association’s solvency.
Breanna Adams has recently joined Snap-tite Hose as their Grant Writer. Prior to this role, Breanna served as the Director of Environmental Health Services at Erie County Department of Health (ECDH) since 2019. Breanna returned to Erie after completing her Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Clarion University. After joining ECDH in 2012, she has had the opportunity to be involved in many programs, including food safety, on-lot septic, vector control, licensing and permitting, as well as beach and harmful algal bloom monitoring.

Currently, The General Manager and Food Safety Coordinator at Shady Maple. Teaches ServSafe since 2000 at the Penn State Extension office in Lancaster County, Pa and is a lead instructor for FSPCA teaching four of the Food Safety Modernization Act courses. Currently the Chair of Council 1 for the Conference for Food Protection. He has worked in the food service industry for 35 years from quick service restaurants, scratch restaurants, farm and garden centers, and bakeries to supermarkets. Corporate buyer for food and equipment and Food Safety Coordinator for the Supermarket industry for 25 years. Performed technical investigations, analysis, reports, and testimony as an expert witness since. Holds Food Service Manager Professional (FMP), Certified Professional Food Manager (CPFM) since 1995, Certified Professional Food Safety (CP-FS), Certified Comprehensive Food Safety (CCFS), Seafood HACCP Supervisory Instructor.
Tina is serving as Supervisor for Environmental Health Services with the Eric County Department of Health
