New Business:

1. Approval of meeting minutes:  Jen motioned, Scott second, all in favor.

   1. 2/5/25 Board meeting minutes.

2. Member Interest Survey:

   1. Sent Friday, 2/14/25 to 424 recipients.

Matt cleaned up email addresses before sending

2. 2. 62 responses received (15% response rate) as of 2/19/25 at 9:30am.

2. 3. Preliminary review of results.

Most responses from southeast, EH professionals, and county/municipal

Want learn about food safety and water quality, important issues are drinking water and air quality, would like educational webinars and trainings

50/64 interested in membership, 14 maybe and would pay between $21-$50

Matt will send out results periodically for us to look at/review

Survey ends 3/9/25

Matt will delete email of responders and send a reminder email about survey approximately 1 week before it ends

Question: Should board members take the survey?  SD-yes, KW-no, JK-no, TF-yes, MS-yes……Everyone take the survey!

   1. Finance Committee:  Breanna (Chair), Kyle (Co-Chair).

No IRS update, bank planned to use? Erie Federal or PNC

3. 2. Program/Education Committee:  Kyle (Chair), Scott (Co-chair).

NO updates and no meetings scheduled yet- Kyle fixed the need for WWW. In front of mypeha.org

Any additional enhancements? Turned survey on website, Kyle will add bios and head shots of board members to website: please write a bio about your work self, no more than 5 sentences and submit head shot by 2/28 or next meeting at latest

No updates – Matt will check on Rufus and see about his secretary duties and if there is a need to find a replacement.  Matt will also look into how to elect new secretary if needed.

Old Business:

1. Federal Incorporation Registration.

2. Microsoft for Nonprofits: Preliminary submission for eligibility

3. Bank Account:  (Erie Federal Credit Union?)

4. Reimbursement of incorporation costs.

5. Committee Priorities Survey Results: Remove from old business
