Incorporation
Breanna - submitted articles of incorporation for Chester County
Will draft COI policies by Friday 4th Oct. Breanna will then review further steps.
Money Spent:
Articles of Incorporation: $125
Legal notices: $90
Community Website
Kyle - presented different options for community site. E.g. NEHA site vs Google one.
Scott - looking at Teams for file storage, not as smooth as initially thought. $8 a month. Own email domain. Send email invites from platform. Typically teams setup. Has potential for one stop shop (storage, chat, invites, email), but Scott not fully convinced. Can get prices.
Benefits of Teams site - multiple accounts, but may need to check it works on work computers.
Kyle -
Google community site? $15 a month for custom domains.
Teams community site? + Sharepoint
NEHA free option.
Rufus - suggested SWOT analysis, will put together a document.
Committees
Jennifer - Thurs afternoon meeting for Membership Committee.

Officer Terms
Matt - Terms for interim officers, there are several options:
1. July 24 - July 25
2. July 24 - ABM (annual business meeting)
3. July 24 - Dec 25
4 Jan 25 - Dec 25
Rufus - Seems strange to tie terms to ABM.
Breanna - Officers take terms at the beginning of the year for Jan 1 start. Allows for transition period post ABM for old officers to climatize new ones.
Scott - Option 3 gives flexibility to change ABM.
Breanna - Motioned Option 3, (July 24 to Dec 2025). Rufus seconded. All in favor. Current officers finish duties December 2025. New officers start terms on Jan 1st 2025. All future officers will take office Jan 1st going forward.
Matt - will make changes to Bylaws for voting.
