New Business:

1. Approval of meeting minutes:  10/24/24 Board Meeting.

A.      Tina motioned, Jen second.  Vote: All in favor, Board approved.

2. NEHA Journal of Environmental Health, November Issue

   1. Matt explained that NEHA published an article in the November issue of the NEHA Journal of Environmental Health.  The article recognizes PEHA as a new affiliate on pg. 68.  PEHA is also listed in the Affiliate section on pg. 45.

3.  File Storage & Communication Platform

4. Bylaws Revisions:

   1. Matt reminded the Board that langue to be used to revise the PEHA Bylaws for officer & committee terms has been approved by the Board.

   2. Matt explained that a draft membership section intended to be used in the Bylaws was discovered.  The Board reviewed the draft section and agree to work to include them in the Bylaws revisions.

   3. Matt reviewed the Bylaws section for Bylaws amendments.  This section will be used and followed during the process of approving the revisions/amendments.
