Member Interest Survey:
Sent Friday, 2/14/25 to 424 recipients, 23 undeliverable
Sent Reminder on 3/5/25.
88 responses received (21% response rate) as of 3/5/25 at 9:00am.
Preliminary review of results.
Results showed no “No” responses so far from respondents asked if they were interested in joining PEHA
Question about dues people would be willing to pay showed $20-30 and $41-50 as the most popular options.
Board members should complete the survey as well.
Status of Secretary
Rufus was contacted by Matt Skiljo and Kyle Walsh via email and LinkedIn to verify his continued participation in PEHA and service as its secretary. Rufus responded during the meeting and indicated he would not be able to continue serving as the Secretary.
A new secretary will need to be elected following the bylaws.
Committee Status Updates: Accomplishments, Plans, Needs
Finance Committee: Breanna (Chair), Kyle (Co-Chair).
IRS Non-profit Registration completed, PEHA is a registered non-profit.
Bank Account established with Citizens Bank; includes Zelle and an invoicing function.
● Debit card and Checks ordered – limit 200 checks/month
● Tina paid $100 in dues to open the account.
● Matt and Kyle will visit West Chester Branch to be added to account.
Microsoft is requesting additional information for nonprofit status verification.
● Kyle will make an official letterhead to send additional information.
Program/Education Committee: Kyle (Chair), Scott (Co-chair).
Websites stopped working, Kyle to troubleshoot and attempt fixes with Google Sites and Squarespace.
All approved board meeting minutes are currently available on the website
Headshots and bios need to be sent to Kyle for use on the website. As for meeting, Breanna is the only person who’s provided it.
Compiling a list of agencies in PA with a hand in Environmental Health
Kyle to reach out to this list of agencies to see if they would like to post job openings
Resource library will take time to build.
